Thank you so much - To all at Langley Flooring.

I would like to say thank you for the outstanding service I received from you and your team of workers this past weekend in laying the carpets in my townhouse.

I moved into a townhouse which was in bad need of a coat of paint and new carpets.  On Friday, 27th February 2009 the painters had finished - BUT the carpeters assigned to do the job could only come on Thursday, 5th March 2009 - and my furniture was due to arrive on Saturday afternoon, 28th February 2009 at 2 pm.

I was given your business card, called you on Friday morning, 27th and explained the situation.  Within a couple of hours, you had called my landlord, arranged to meet us at the townhouse, measured and quoted - and he accepted - and promptly told us that you would start on Saturday morning, 28th!

Not only did your team help the tenant to move her large items in order for them to lay the carpet, but they were finished by 1 pm.  I was able to move in with great ease.
